Carnival of Venice was originally written for saxophonist Adolphe Mayeur, who was a student of Adolphe Sax, the inventor of the instrument. The solo part is edited by Fred Hemke and the band accompaniment was arranged by Herbert Clarke and edited by R. Mark Rogers. The piano accompaniment version is also availlable from the publisher.
