In this original work, Nelhybel provides six separate variations on this famous William Billings hymn.  Using only the key of D major, the selection reinforces all the basic first year rhythmic reading concepts (whole, half, quarter and eighth notes, 4/4 and 3/4 meter).  The composer provides many suggestions for performance options.  The original work has been re-engraved with a full score and separate parts for all instruments.
