Previously located in Boca Raton, FL, the company was moved to Jacksonville in 2018, and sold to Keiser Productions Inc. in 2020. In addition to the well-known and improved reprint catalog, new series and editions are also being developed.

Dark Eyes is a well-known Russian romance song. The lyrics, written by Ukrainian poet Yevhen Hrebinka, were first published in 1843. The melody, to which the lyrics are set is by German-Polish composer Florian Hermann (1822-1982), from his piano work Valse Hommage, Op. 21. The song has been used in numerous movies over the years.
