Previously located in Boca Raton, FL, the company was moved to Jacksonville in 2018, and sold to Keiser Productions Inc. in 2020. In addition to the well-known and improved reprint catalog, new series and editions are also being developed.

The music for LA BOUTIQUE FANTASQUE (THE MAGIC TOY SHOP), a one act ballet about a love story between two can-can dancer dolls in a toy shop, is based on piano pieces that were a part of Rossini�s P�ch�s de vieillesse. Respighi introduced Rossini�s score to the impresario Sergei Diaghilev, whose Ballets Russes premiered the ballet in London on June, 5, 1919 to an eagerly awaiting audience. This edition include selections re-orchestrated by Howard Carr include: Danse Cosaque, Nocturne, Mazurka, Tarentelle and Can-Can.
