
Founded in 1926, Edwin F. Kalmus is the oldest reprint publisher in the United States. Previously located in Boca Raton, FL, the company was moved to Jacksonville in 2018, and sold to Keiser Productions Inc. in 2020. In addition to the well-known and improved reprint catalog, new series and editions are also being developed.

Returning to the 4-movement symphonic form, Alexander Glazunov (1865-1936) completed his SYMPHONY No. 5 in B-flat major, Op. 55, in 1895. He premiered the work at the Hall of the Nobility in St. Petersburg on November 17th of the following year, conducting the RMS Orchestra. It contains elements of thematic transformation and is often called the "Heroic" due to the broad, Wagnerian development of its themes.
