Founded in 1926, Edwin F. Kalmus is the oldest reprint publisher in the United States.  Previously located in Boca Raton, FL, the company was moved to Jacksonville in 2018, and sold to Keiser Productions Inc. in 2020.  In addition to the well-known and improved reprint catalog, new series and editions are also being developed.

Description:

The Romanian composer Georges Enesco (1881-1955) spent his career in Paris, but much of his music bears the unmistakable influence of his native folk music. His SUITE D�ORCHESTRE, Op. 9, (Suite No. 1), is the first of three such suites for orchestra, the last of which was completed in 1938. The C major suite premiered under the baton of the composer at a Bucharest Philharmonic Society concert on February 23, 1903.
