Founded in 1926, Edwin F. Kalmus is the oldest reprint publisher in the United States.  Previously located in Boca Raton, FL, the company was moved to Jacksonville in 2018, and sold to Keiser Productions Inc. in 2020.  In addition to the well-known and improved reprint catalog, new series and editions are also being developed.

Description:

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791) composed the seven-movement SERENADE in B-flat, K. 361/370a (also titled SERENADE No. 10, subtitled GRAN PARTITA) between 1781 and 1782. Serenades at the time were written as "dinner music," so the music is generally light-hearted. The subtitle "Gran Partita" was added by an unknown party after Mozart’s death.
