Deux Arabesques, L. 66 was originally written for piano by Claude Debussy (1862-1918) in 1891 and sold over 100,00 copies in his lifetime, still remaining popular today. This woodwind quintet arrangement by Tom Kennedy of the first arabesque, one of Claude Debussy’s earliest impressionistic works, contains hints of the composer’s developing musical style.
