This critical edition of Antonín Dvo?ák’s (1841-1904) FOUR SONGS, Op. 82 (4 LIEDER) has been completed by Moravian folklorist and ethnomusicologist František Bartoš, based on data from Otakar Šourek and the composer’s manuscript. These are considered among the most beautiful of Dvo?ák’s songs, especially the first one, which may be compared to his masterpiece in song writing, the BIBLICAL SONGS. Each is in their original key.
