Michael Cunningham

dab dad b. 1937 Michael G. Cunningham joined the UW-Eau Claire faculty in 1973. He has published the theory text, “The Inner World of Traditional Harmony,” (University Press of America) and is the creator of five other books used in his teaching. Cunningham is a prolific composer, having written 180 compositions for nearly every medium. Performances have taken place in twenty states, as well as Europe, Japan, and Australia. He has bE~en a member ofthe American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP) since 1969
