This overture in standard ABA format features driving rhythmic figures contrasting with a lyrical middle section. As the title suggests it is a celebration of life and all its wonderful moments. “Delaware Valley Celebration” was commissioned by the Delaware Valley League of Northeast Kansas for the 1998 Middle School Massed Band Festival.
