This arrangement of the STAR SPANGLED BANNER for intermediate band was created with a deeper educational goal in mind. The score and all parts also include educational supplements and assessments (EDU-PAKs) developed by Chris Donze, Scott Sorenson, and David Newell that further the musicians’ understanding of the history of The Star Spangled Banner (with historical notes by Sorenson, Ph. D., Interlochen School for the Arts) and the life of composer Vaclav Nelhybel, a naturalized citizen.
