Previously located in Boca Raton, FL, the company was moved to Jacksonville in 2018, and sold to Keiser Productions Inc. in 2020. In addition to the well-known and improved reprint catalog, new series and editions are also being developed.

Description:
Percy Eastman Fletcher’s (1879-1932) work for string orchestra, FOLK TUNES AND FIDDLE DANCES, was composed in 1914. A favorite for festival, contest, and orchestra education, the work is a two-movement suite. Movement 1, FOLK TUNE, includes variations in the form of Pastoral Dance, Minuet, Gigue, Country Dance, and Canon. Movement 2, FIDDLE DANCE, is written “Gaily, and with a springing rhythm.” Instrumentation: Str (8-8-5/5-5-5 in set; CB opt.): Pno (opt.). A violin 3 part is included to substitute for viola if necessary, and the contrabass part is listed as optional. A full score is included, but a piano-conductor score is also in the set should the strings sections have holes where the piano would help. Reprint edition.
