Description: LES PATINEURS VALSE (SKATERS’ WALTZ), Op. 183, was composed in 1882 by Émile Waldteufel (1837–1915), drawing inspiration from the ice skating rink at the Bois de Boulogne in Paris. With its rapid melodic runs and the cheerful jingle of sleigh bells, the waltz vividly evokes a festive winter scene.
