The piece was well received throughout Europe, and enjoyed a special popularity in England. This is a critical edition based on the composer’s manuscript, edited by Frantisek Bartos. The score and the parts have been reformatted with measure numbers and an addition of frequent rehearsal markings to aid in preparation for performance. Reprint edition.
