Inspired by the book “Life After Life” by Dr. Raymond A. Moody, Jr., the music depicts some of the experiences reported by persons who were involved in “near-death experiences” and reported these phenomena upon recovery. This work was sponsored by the Rhode Island Commissioning Project, and was premiered by the American Band conducted by Francis Marciniak.
