Description: The two chorales which comprise this set are hymn settings from the Russian Orthadox liturgy. “Sviatiya Bozhe (Holy God)” is a hymn of the angels. The second hymn is “Kheruvimskia Pesn (The Hymn of the Cherubim)”. This setting was written for Michael Haithcock, director of bands at Baylor University.
